For 40 years, I've pursued one question.
I began competing at four years old. Since then, I've explored performance through sport, military service, entrepreneurship, humanitarian work, the arts, and research. For the past twenty years, I've specialized in the psychology of performance under pressure, studying how people, relationships, leadership, and organizations shape one another.
I think it's time to redefine performance.
